Officer Elections

When there are only a few weeks of Beta Alpha Psi events remaining in the semester, and the semester is drawing to a close, all of you will have a new officer class leading you next Fall. Below is a document outlining the various Beta Alpha Psi officer positions including a brief description and list of responsibilities for each.

If you are interested in running to be an officer of Beta Alpha Psi for next semester, please follow the four steps outlined below.

  1. Meet the designated point requirements and minimum event requirements. For more information, check the BAP website or contact Eric Tran at recording@uhbap.org.
  2. Have an in-person meeting with the officer currently holding that position by (date to be given).
  3. Submit this nomination form by (date given later in semester).
  4. Email your nomination PowerPoint slide to president@uhbap.org by (date to be given). The slide should include your name, classification, major, and a brief description explaining why you are the best candidate for the position. The deadline to submit this information is (day and date to be given). Election night, a mandatory event for all our candidates and members, will be held on (day and date to be given). More details regarding election night will be sent out closer to the date.

An update with the officer nomination slides will be sent out at the end of each week in (to be announced). However, please do not wait until the last minute to turn in your nomination information!
